Those are the urban conceptions of an Ołbin estate in Wrocław in Poland, created during my Architecture studies.
The original area with allotments is placed by the Odra river, 10 minutes
by the public communication to the city center. First project contains :
- prolongation of existing bus and tram lines,
- green recreation area by the river,
- water bus stop,
- two estate centers with cultural and educational services,
- diverse residential buildings with semi-private spaces,
- business center,
- primary school with swimming pool,
